As much as I LOVE my hikingboots, and as much as I LOVE hiking - nothing beets the feeling of dressing up for a datenight on a beautiful restaurant after 5 days of hiking, not showering and sleeping in a car. This is pretty much how we attemt to finish off most of our adventures, as I find it as such a great way to cherish all of our newfound memories and take it all in.
After 5 days of hiking and exploring the mountains and fjords of Norway - Oslo seemed like the only way to finish off our trip. On top of beautiful Oslo, which turned out to be one of my all time favorite cities, Martin surprised me with a reservation at one of the most magnificent restaurants I've ever been to.. Actually - I'm taking that back as Ekebergrestauranten actually was THE most magnificent restaurant I've ever been to. Between the views, the ocean breeze, the service and the food - this was hands down on of the most magical nights of my entire life!
